Organic Quinoa Flakes

Quinoa Flakes is great for those avoiding wheat, our Quinoa Flakes add a unique light nutty flavour to stuffings and baked goods. They also make a delicious hot cereal – simply add boiling water and cover for 5 minutes, then add your favourite fruit and nuts.

Each little quinoa seed is rolled flat to make a flake, just like an oat groat is rolled out to make a rolled oat. That means quinoa flakes have all the same great properties of quinoa.
