We  want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide a photo of the product along with your order number or proof of purchase. Once verified, we will offer a refund or replacement for the affected item.

For food, beauty, or hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns if the items have been opened or used. In some cases, we may request that a damaged or incorrect item be returned before a refund or replacement is processed. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the situation.

We can accept returns of new, unopened, and unused merchandise (non-food or non-hygiene products), provided you have contacted us in advance. In these cases, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
