Organic Tri Colour Pasta
A colorful version of a pasta salad favorite, Tri-Colour Rotini means "colourful twists" and are two-inch lengths of thick screw-like pasta from Northern Italy. The shape was inspired by children, since they are fun to eat and pair well with a wide variety of sauces.
Tricolour rotini gets its green colour from dehydrated spinach powder, its red colour from dehydrated tomato or beetroot powder and its plain colour from the durum semolina wheat used to make the pasta.
