Free of additives, preservatives and GMOs, this natural coloured flour is a popular favourite amongst customers for creating sourdough starters. Milled especially for baking, it can double as all-purpose flour for a huge variety of baking recipes.

Using Organic White Flour

When baking with Organic White Flour, you will need to add a separate raising agent such as baking powder or soda in order for the recipes to rise. Our customers love to use our white flour for delicious homemade sourdough recipes!
