Made from tree-ripened, apricots that are sun-dried to remove only the moisture. Plump, moist and sweet, it will compliment the flavour of strong blue cheese or enhance the sweet flavour of pork loin. Successfully used on cheese trays, in compote and as an ingredient in meat stuffing. This is arguably the tastiest dried apricot under the sun.
