Brewer’s yeast is made from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a one-celled fungus. Brewer’s yeast has a bitter taste.
Commonly used with lactating mothers as a galactologue to promote milk supply. You can add to cookies, loaves, bliss balls or smoothies to give a healthy boost and help Mum make milk.
