Full of fibre and tasty earth flavours, they pair perfectly with protein and vegetable-based meals. They are great to include in vegetarian burgers, soups, rice salads, dips, curry, dhal, bolognese and any of your favourite dishes.
Without soaking, you can still use Brown Lentils, and they will cook in about 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can soak the lentils first for an hour first to remove the reaming Saponin, which is a natural coating on a lot of seeds. A delicious addition to wraps, burgers, salads, soups, broths, dahl curries and more.
