Organic Wholemeal Spelt Flour

Spelt is an ancient species of wheat and has high water solubility, which means that the nutrients within it are absorbed effectively by the body. This wholemeal variation of Spelt flour is made from the whole grain and is great for recipes where a gentler, more delicate outcome is sought in baked goods. This makes it suitable for pastries, cakes and biscuits, while still being able to replace white wheat or grain flour in most recipes.
