Nutritional yeast (savoury yeast flakes or also known as Brufax) is a deactivated form of yeast. It has a savoury, cheesy flavour and can easily be added to a number of different meals and snacks. Perfect for vegans but its natural goodness makes it great for everyone. And being organic they contain only the good stuff. Ideal in place of cheese, just a sprinkle adds a flavour-packed punch to sauces, dressings and soups.
